LT Smart Money: Budget & Finance Terms

These Terms govern your use of LT Smart Money: Budget & Finance (the "Application"), a local-first personal finance companion provided by Limocon Technologies. By installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

1. Personal Tracking Tool

LT Smart Money: Budget & Finance helps you manually track budgets, transactions, accounts, bills, savings goals, debts, and related personal finance records. The Application is not a bank, broker, lender, credit repair service, tax preparer, investment advisor, financial planner, or legal advisor.

2. No Professional Advice

App calculations, summaries, forecasts, and optional AI responses are for educational and organizational purposes only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for decisions you make using the Application and should consult qualified professionals before making important financial, credit, lending, legal, tax, or investment decisions.

3. Local Data And Device Responsibility

Standard finance records are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for securing your device, preserving backups or exports you choose to create, and understanding that local data may be lost if the Application is deleted, device storage is cleared, or the device is damaged or reset.

4. Optional Gemini AI Advisor

The optional Gemini AI Advisor is disabled by default. If you enable AI and submit a prompt, selected app context and your prompt may be sent to Google's Gemini API over HTTPS to generate a response. Do not submit information to AI that you do not want processed by an external AI provider.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Application, attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt it except where allowed by law, use it for unlawful purposes, or rely on it to perform regulated financial services for others without proper authorization.

6. Third-Party Services

The Application may link to or interact with third-party services such as Google Gemini, Google Play, device sharing tools, email clients, or export destinations. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

7. Changes, Availability, And Updates

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Application. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Disclaimer Of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular financial outcome.

9. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Limocon Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, financial losses, or decisions made based on Application content.
