LT Google Review Booster Terms of Service
Effective date: July 12, 2026
1. Agreement To These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LT Google Review Booster, including the mobile app, hosted review funnel pages, backend services, and related websites.
By creating an account, using the app, starting a subscription, or sending review requests through the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use LT Google Review Booster.
2. Who May Use The Service
LT Google Review Booster is intended for business owners, managers, employees, and authorized representatives who are allowed to send review requests on behalf of a business.
You agree that you are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live, have authority to use the app for the business you configure, provide accurate information, and are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. What The Service Does
LT Google Review Booster helps businesses create and send non-gated Google review requests by QR code, native share sheet, and, on eligible paid plans, SMS.
Customers do not install the app. Customers may open a hosted review funnel page and choose whether to continue to Google to leave a review.
The service may include business profile setup, Google review link generation, QR and share-sheet workflows, SMS review requests through Twilio when enabled, opt-out handling, request tracking, public review-count snapshots, and paid subscription plans managed through Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat.
4. Review Policy Compliance
You are responsible for using LT Google Review Booster in a lawful and policy-compliant way. LT Google Review Booster is a tool. We do not guarantee that Google will publish, preserve, or display any review, rating, or business profile information.
You must not gate review requests, ask only satisfied customers for reviews, discourage unhappy customers from leaving reviews, offer incentives for reviews, pressure or harass customers, use deceptive messages, message people without appropriate consent, or use the service in violation of Google policies, app-store policies, SMS rules, consumer protection laws, privacy laws, or other applicable laws.
5. SMS Responsibilities
If you use SMS features, you are responsible for having appropriate permission, consent, or legal basis to contact each recipient. SMS delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed, blocked, filtered, or failed by carriers, Twilio, device settings, or other systems.
You must not upload or enter phone numbers that you are not allowed to message, bypass opt-out records or plan limits, bypass carrier or Twilio rules, or use the service for spam, phishing, fraud, harassment, or unlawful messaging.
We may disable SMS features, suspend accounts, or block sends if we believe usage creates compliance, security, cost, deliverability, or legal risk.
6. Accounts And Security
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may require account verification, password reset, or other steps to protect the service.
7. Subscriptions, Billing, And Trials
LT Google Review Booster may offer free and paid plans. Paid plans may include SMS request limits and other features.
Subscriptions purchased in the mobile app are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and may be managed by RevenueCat for entitlement status. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account according to the terms shown at purchase.
Unless canceled, subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting your app account or uninstalling the app may not cancel an active subscription. You must cancel through the applicable app-store account settings.
Prices, features, quotas, and trials may change, but changes will not reduce the current paid subscription period already purchased unless required by law or app-store rules. Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play policies unless otherwise required by law.
8. Free Plan And Preview Features
The service may include free, preview, demo, development, or disabled-live-service modes. These modes may limit access to SMS, purchases, Places refresh, live data, or other production features. Preview/demo data is for testing and demonstration only and should not be treated as a live customer account or verified business result.
9. Acceptable Use
You may not use LT Google Review Booster to violate laws, regulations, third-party rights, platform policies, or messaging rules; send spam or unlawful marketing; collect unnecessary sensitive personal information; disrupt or abuse the service; access systems without authorization; upload harmful code; or misrepresent your identity, business, customer relationship, or relationship with Limocon Technologies.
10. Customer Relationships
You are responsible for your relationship with your customers, including consent, communication preferences, customer service, disputes, and compliance with privacy, marketing, consumer protection, and SMS laws. LT Google Review Booster does not create a customer relationship between Limocon Technologies and your customers.
11. Third-Party Services
The service depends on third-party services such as Supabase, Twilio, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play, Google Places, Google Business Profile, and hosting providers.
We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, review removals, billing platform behavior, carrier filtering, Google Business Profile actions, or other events outside our control. Your use of third-party platforms may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
12. Ownership And Feedback
Limocon Technologies owns LT Google Review Booster, including the app, software, design, workflows, documentation, and related intellectual property, except for third-party materials and open-source components. You retain rights to your business information and account data and grant us permission to process that information as needed to provide the service.
If you send feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation.
13. Service Changes And Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also impose limits to protect security, compliance, cost controls, deliverability, or service reliability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
14. Account Suspension Or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal/security/deliverability/policy/cost risk, payment fails, subscription entitlement cannot be verified, or we are required to do so by law, platform rules, or a service provider. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through the app or through the published account deletion page.
15. Disclaimers
LT Google Review Booster is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.
We do not guarantee a specific number of reviews, a specific Google rating, that customers will open messages or leave reviews, that Google will display/preserve/count any review, that SMS messages will always be delivered, or that app-store approval or third-party service availability will continue.
16. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Limocon Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, review removals, business interruption, carrier filtering, platform enforcement, or third-party service failures.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limits may not apply to you.
17. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Limocon Technologies from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your messages, customer lists, business information, review request practices, violation of these Terms, violation of laws or third-party rights, or customer disputes.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, unless a different law is required by applicable consumer protection rules.
19. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice in the app or on our website. Your continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
