LT Google Review Booster Privacy Policy

LT Google Review Booster helps business owners create and share review request links for their Google Business Profile. Business owners use the mobile app. Their customers do not need to install the app; customers may receive a review request by QR code, native share sheet, or SMS and may open a hosted review funnel page in a browser.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who processes it for us, and how users can request deletion of their account and related data.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to operate, secure, bill, and improve LT Google Review Booster.
Account information may include name, email address, authentication identifiers, session information, and password authentication data handled by our authentication provider.
Business profile information may include business name, business address or formatted location, Google Place ID, Google review link or review destination URL, review funnel slug and configuration, and compliance acknowledgment.
Review request and funnel activity may include request channel, request status, timestamps, delivery status, funnel click/open events, and public review snapshot information such as Google rating and public review count when configured.
2. Customer Phone Information For SMS
If the business owner uses SMS review requests, the app sends the customer phone number to our backend only to process the SMS request. We minimize stored customer phone data by storing a salted hash of the customer phone number, the last four digits, SMS opt-out records, Twilio message identifiers, and delivery status.
We do not store the full customer phone number in the app database after processing the SMS request.
3. Payment And Subscription Information
If the business owner starts a paid plan, payments are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat. We may receive subscription status information such as app user ID, active entitlement or plan, subscription platform, subscription period dates, and purchase or renewal status.
We do not receive or store full credit card numbers.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to create and manage accounts, configure review request funnels, generate QR/share/SMS review links, send SMS when enabled, enforce SMS opt-outs and plan quotas, track delivery and funnel activity, display dashboard metrics, process subscriptions, provide support, prevent fraud, troubleshoot issues, and maintain compliance.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We use service providers that process information for us so the app can function.
Current service providers include Supabase, Twilio, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play, Google Places or Google Business public data sources, and Cloudflare or another hosting provider.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to prevent abuse or fraud, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets involving Limocon Technologies.
6. Customer Review Requests And Google Reviews
LT Google Review Booster is designed to send non-gated review requests. The app does not ask customers whether they had a positive or negative experience before showing the review link. The hosted funnel page must show the Google review path to all recipients.
Customers decide whether to leave a review directly with Google. Reviews submitted to Google are governed by Google's own terms and privacy practices, not this Privacy Policy.
7. SMS Opt-Outs
Customers who receive SMS messages can reply STOP or use another supported opt-out method. We record SMS opt-outs using a hashed phone record so future SMS sends to that phone number can be blocked. We may retain opt-out records to honor the customer's request and comply with messaging rules.
8. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, and protect the service.
Account and business profile data is retained while the account is active. Review request and funnel event records, SMS opt-out records, subscription records, and account deletion request records are retained as needed for dashboard history, billing support, fraud prevention, legal, tax, dispute, app-store, and messaging compliance purposes.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These include encryption in transit, backend access controls, row-level security policies, server-side secrets, and limiting sensitive operations such as SMS sending and account deletion to backend functions.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. User Choices
Business owners may update business configuration in the app, stop using SMS review requests, cancel subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play account settings, and request account deletion through the app settings screen or the web resource listed in this policy.
Customers who receive SMS messages may opt out by replying STOP.
11. Account And Data Deletion
If you created an LT Google Review Booster account, you may request deletion in the app through Settings - Request account deletion or on the web at Account Deletion.
When we process an account deletion request, we delete or de-identify account data and associated business data unless we need to retain certain records for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, dispute, or messaging compliance reasons. For example, we may retain SMS opt-out records so we do not message customers who opted out.
If you purchased a subscription, you may also need to cancel the subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play account settings to stop future billing.
12. Children
LT Google Review Booster is intended for business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
13. International Use
Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the app, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence.
14. Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice in the app or on our website.
