Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the LT Ledger Loop local ledger utility.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By establishing an organizational tenant account or logging into the local-first application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please uninstall the app and purge your local database.

2. License Tier and Access Limits

LT Ledger Loop is distributed under specific license tiers (Free, Local Starter, Pro Plan, and Enterprise SLA). Each plan dictates feature access (such as active reminder channels and customer capacities). Software is licensed "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Responsibility & Compliance Audits

You are solely responsible for verifying billing details, invoice calculations, check vouchers, and automatic reminders. LT Ledger Loop operates purely as an administrative workflow companion and does not offer financial or legal accounting counsel.

4. Local Security & Biometric Protections

You are responsible for safeguarding your physical Android device and configuring biometric controls. LT Ledger Loop is not liable for unauthorized database access arising from physical security lapses or device compromises.

5. Liability Disclaimer

In no event shall LT Ledger Loop or its parent company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including loss of profits, data corruption, or business interruption) resulting from your reliance on the automation engine or forecast systems.
