Privacy Policy Statement
Last Updated: July 9, 2026
At LT Ledger Loop, we prioritize your data privacy and sovereignty. As a local-first accounts receivable and ledger automation utility, this Privacy Statement explains how your organizational records are managed.
1. Local-First Data Sovereignty
Your financial ledger records, manual bank details, customer contacts, invoice attachments, check pipelines, and audit trail logs are stored locally on your device within a secured Room SQLite database. We do not transmit your local financial records to any third-party clouds or central storage systems, ensuring 100% control over your financial records.
2. AI OCR Processing
When utilizing the AI Camera OCR feature, image payloads are processed strictly on demand via the Google Gemini API to extract invoice details. The transmission of these assets is secure, encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and used solely for OCR mapping. No visual records are retained for model training without your active opt-in.
3. Third-Party Integrations
If you choose to enable the optional email (SendGrid) or SMS (Twilio) reminder channels, only the mandatory parameters (display names, recipient coordinates, message text) are securely dispatched to those external gateways to fulfill your scheduled automation tasks.
4. Data Portability and Deletion
You retain complete power to export your entire database as a standard JSON compliance zip or permanently delete and purge all user accounts and organizational schemas locally. This purge is immediate, irreversible, and compliant with right-to-be-forgotten mandates.
5. Contact and Compliance Support
If you have questions regarding this local privacy protocol or wish to audit transaction event logs, please reach out to us at support@ledgerloop.app.
